I do not think Aliera had Pathfinder at this point time, right? And a large
part of the reason that Daymar's mind probe worked is that Mellar was
thrown into a ball of confusion with everything else going on.

Also, I am not sure Kragar had proof that Mellar infected Onarr's wife, he
merely suggested it was highly likely.
