Just in case you haven't heard...realized.  
 
Picked mine up at a Barnes and Noble store today.  They only had 3  copies 
left...two after I left.
 
 
The books were in the new sci-fi book section and there were none in  the 
Brust part of the alphabetical section...so I didn't move any to  the alpha 
section
