[Dragaera] Interesting times for mailing lists! -- resolved

Dreamhost has upgraded to Mailman 2.1.17, which has allowed me to
activate a new option that mungs the sender address to avoid triggering
DMARC bounces.  I have done so, and have removed the filter blocking
posts from AOL and Yahoo! addresses.

So we *should* be roughly back to normal now.

(I believe 2.1.18 has some even better options, but I'll take something
over nothing any day of the week.)
