[Dragaera] Hawk is on Pre-order at Amazon

I was randomly at Amazon today looking for a  hard to find book about
Stonehenge, when a window popped up informing that "Hawk" was for sale.

Once I realized it was actually a pre-order for October, I got over my
disappointment and ordered the Kindle version.  I'm looking forward to
forgetting about it between now and then, and having my phone ping me out of
the blue in six months telling me that my book as just arrived. The
electronic age has its perks.

The kindle version is $11.99, basically half-price over the hard cover. I
have no idea how royalties work. I hope that Steve gets a similar royalty
regardless. I hardly buy physical books any more.
