[Dragaera] Free Will

Dragaeran beings have a different relationship with the gods than humans. It would appear that , in ranked order, Morollan seems to exert the most free will through his seeming dismissal of the gods as a force in determining what actions he will take. Sethra, being undead acts as a spokesperson for the gods, sending her friends on various missions while handling sorcerous incursions from Dzur Mountain. Aliera had a destiny, but managed to set it aside by bringing Norathar back into the fold. Vlad is the curiosity in the equation. Being human, he should have a wholly different outlook that Verra could manipulate when necessary. However, as a functioning member of Dragaeran society, Vlad has changed his views on the gods. Verra is forced to manipulate memories instead which has led to all kinds of problems. In this way, I think Vlad has the least amount of free will.
