[Dragaera] Character Physical Descriptions

Has anyone compiled a list of all the descriptor sentences/phrases used for
the various main characters? Would such a thing be possible without
re-reading all the books while stopping to make notes of page references
etc?

It would be cool if we could cobble together a character visual based on
descriptions in the books.  Probably wouldnt' look anything like what Steve
had in mind as per the "have someone draw a geometric shape that you only
describe with words" exercise, but...it would still be fun, I bet :)
