I enjoyed that story. The Vladiad tends to gloss over the fact that Sethra
is a vampire. (Though I think that one particular scene in an early book
(Yendi?)  where Sethra was holding a glass of "something red" sort of
suggested that the "red" drink was blood. Maybe that's just me.)

Likewise, while we only ever see Sethra with her friends, it's just as clear
that her reputation is well-earned most of the time.
