[Dragaera] Dragaera Digest, Vol 121, Issue 1

I couldn't sleep last night and so I would periodically check to see if
Vallista was available for download.   I got my copy around 3 or 4am and I
swear to god I seriously considered starting to read it right then instead
of sleeping.
