I thought this was 0) a reference to press style, where someone demands 
their scoop be acknowledged and 1) a joke about his name being pronounced 
or spelled in a counterintuitive way to non-Fenarians (a feature, now that 
I think about it, of "Brust" [if it's in fact "oo" as I have in my head]).
