Yep.  Kosher and official.

Also, despite the "if you'd pledge $100" wording, perusing the FAQ 
indicates that they don't expect everyone who signs it to give the full 
amount; some will give more, some less; this is more a seed and float 
for a later kickstarter.

So sign it if you'd contribute to an appropriate kickstarter even if you 
don't think you'd be willing to dig quite that deep.
