[Dragaera] Tsalmoth, sequence of events--SPOILERS

 At the beginning of Chapter 13, can someone tell me what order these events occurred in?  Specifically, where to fit the last one in?
Cawti says, "I see what you're getting at.  So we have to find her."
Vlad's eyes roll up.
Cawti urgently says, "Vlad!"
Vlad loses consciousness.

Vlad wakes up looking at his bedroom ceiling.
Vlad and Cawti talk about trying to get a spy into Shireth's operation, which Vlad forgets.
