You'd have to use software to crawl it to scrape the data; there's not 
any automatic export function provided by wikia (because why would they 
want there to be?)

I believe David Dyer-Bennett has used software to harvest the whole 
thing at some point in the past, he might be able to do it again. I 
personally am not very experienced in such matters.
