[Dragaera] Dragaera Digest, Vol 149, Issue 2

I believe it was in Tiassa, in the scene (or perhaps just after or before) when Vlad prevents a bunch of thugs from attacking the stage.
I haven’t located the passage in the book, maybe someone else can track it down further? 
….
OK scratch that, I can’t find it in Tiassa but now I’m thinking Orca,
Vlad is “in disguise” and talking about the two investigators following him,  I don’t have time to track it down but I still think Orca is where it is from.
I also remember it from somewhere, if I find it i’ll post again.
