Oh, I see, you have a grammar quibble. Well, then allow me to rephrase and 
clarify my original sentiment.

Members of the House of Dragon who try to join the Dzur, or Dzurlords who 
try to join the Dragon, likely have to give up their previous House 
allegiences when joining the other House. Thus, it is likely not possible 
for ANYone to have dual-citizenship in both Dragon and Dzur. Except that 
Sethra is "Grandmothered in" to both houses in a way that is not possible 
for anyone else to duplicate.

It is not an "advantage" to Sethra to have her method of acquiring 
dual-citizenship be unique, other than in the sense that her method makes 
it possible at all.
