Perhaps he will, eventually, as part of his one-of-a-kind Lavodish
flexibility.  But Daymar is probably a bad teacher (and Vlad a poor
student of his), and I can well imagine that his techniques would be
of little use to someone without his particular abilities.

And, of course, Vlad has been able to call on Daymar for free (I think)
at least five times now - the incentive to undertake a new field of
magic is hard to see.
