Copies have been obtained at Worldcon.  I'll probably direct order from
Meisha Merlin (the publisher), though I've seen copies of the other
books at Barnes and Noble before.

Out of stock, last I checked.  "We are awaiting the reprint to arrive."
Hodgell has horrible luck with publishers.  I think it was just plain
out of print for the past year, but I assume they're reprinting to
coincide with Rathorn's release.
