[Dragaera] Question for Steve

Steve,

Does Devera appear at all in Agyar? The closest I can find is a photo
of some "ugly children" on the night editor's desk, but that seems
unlikely to me. The Devera FAQ guesses that she's part of Jill's
painting, but again that seems unlikely. Care to give a hint?
