"Utterly" is pretty all-encompassing, and it's very difficult to defend 
an unqualified absolute like that when it comes to personal 
relationships. I guess I'll have to qualify myself up front a little 
better next time.

Interesting that you would say that... I was trying to think of anyone 
else who trusted Vlad as completely as Teldra seemed to... And Loiosh 
was the only name that sprang to mind. Even Noish-pa wasn't at the same 
level.

Speaking of Noish-pa, though, I think Loiosh's trust in Vlad may be 
explained by something that Noish-pa said in /Dragon/...

Loiosh just got lucky and got an officer (Vlad) who is more trustworthy 
than most.
