It's worth noting, however, that Spellbreaker's
appearence in /Jhereg/, published in 1983, predates
the first appearence of Frakir in the Amber books
(/The Trumps of Doom/, 1985).

Perhaps this is a case of Zelazny being influenced by
Brust?
