A point. It doesn't change the fact that the inn would be smoke-filled, but it doesn't actually say anything about certain Dragaeran habit-forming activities.

I suppose Dreamgrass is a smokeable... but we've seen very little indication of how socially acceptable this practice is, or whether or not a customer at an inn would be at liberty to put some in his pipe and smoke it... 

And I do not recall a single reference to tobacco in the Dragaeraverse. There might have been something in passing, however. Does anyone else recall a reference to this?
