Maybe they edited their comment.  Or their intent is better indicated 
by their first take.  Or their mistaken ordering is balanced out by
someone else's mistaken ordering.

If everybody who voted for Foo put Foo first, that's interesting.  If the
results are ordered randomly, then the weighted listing will show that.
