[Dragaera] two questions about _FHYA_

See pg 235 for Sethra thinking the search was directed.  Indeed, it would 
have been counterproductive to search and not find anything.

I have the sense there was another mention of this but I can't refind it.

A dueler in a riot may be able to do little.  And the end of the Text 
shows Garland dying without striking a blow.

Is he noted as a dueler in _TPG_?

I wondered whether perhaps SKZB was making it up as he went along
and left Greycat's dialogue obfuscated when cleaning up.

And I still don't understand how Greycat's dialogue is supposed to
be available to Paarfi, who regrets that he can't find where a 
carrriage (?) went after it has become of no interest to the plot 
anyway.  Maybe I'm resistant to these sections because of that.
