[Dragaera] Dzur?

Oooh, I like that explanation.   Buy the hardcover, J C.

Though I do like to think that the bureaucrats would be the ultimate enemies
of the Dzur, in a rock-paper-scissors sort of way.

What houses tend to become bureaucrats, I wonder?   Lyorn for the good ones,
Chreotha for the mediocre majority, and a few Orca for the corruption and
self-interest to keep the place humming along?
