[Dragaera] Vlads blood

It's my personal pet theory that Vlad's blood is what Verra gave to Sethra to give to Vlad to give to Morrolan -- you know, seeing as time in the Paths is so screwed up anyhow.  Which -could- mean that Morrolan was able to get out of the Paths because, instead of being a flake of a percentage god (i.e. that it was a god's blood, commonly supposed to be Verra's) he's a flake of a percentage Easterner.
