[Dragaera] Crack? In manifestation and world boundaries

Or Blackchapel is more like the Dragaeran Empire than like Fenario. Or
Verra and Tri'nagore work differently. Maybe Tri'nagore had an
"aspect" that covered all of the Dragaeran planet, and that was the
one that was killed, whereas Verra (for instance) may have had one
aspect just for Fenario and/or the East and a different one for the
Empire.
