[Dragaera] Jhereg policy in _TPG_

ISTR (being AFB) that the custom was: if the assassin is killed in the attempt to fulfill the commission (and somehow revivified, cf. Cawti and Norathar), the assassin is then permitted to either return the gold (negating the contract) or to keep it and again attempt to fulfill the commission (but then being once again bound to the contract). That is, the death of the assassin nullifies or somehow satisfies the contract?? One can imagine a failed assassin being revivified merely to be "examined" by the targets' private guards or the Phoenix guards (= very bad for the Organization).
