What do you do when you receive Implied
Spaces<http://www.amazon.com/Implied-Spaces-Walter-Jon-Williams/dp/1597801259>(which
I pre-ordered a year ago) and
Jhegaala <http://www.amazon.com/Jhegaala-Vlad-Steven-Brust/dp/0765301474> in
the same week?

I reconciled it like this: Implied Spaces, which arrived first, and which
I've already started, is a stand-alone book, while Jhegaala is about a
character I was first introduced to twenty five years ago.  Vlad trumps
Aristide and Bitsy.

Done and done.
