[Dragaera] Awesome's Razor

Decided to codify this, thanks to J C for the name, and Steven Brust for
the Cool Theory of Writing which inspired it:

Awesome's Razor: "Entities should not be multiplied beyond necessity --
unless it makes the Story Cooler."

[Which clearly has been frequently applied to Dragaera, what with
seventeen Great Houses, seventeen Great Weapons, at least six different
kinds of magic, and so forth.]
