Umm, not Left Hand, and not simple.  It's one imperial for a simple 
personal teleport for walk-ins, from an Athyra with an office a few 
meters from the palace - probably she won't see you for less than an 
imperial, much less do anything.  And Vlad wants high-tech cloaking on 
his teleport.
