How often have we seen Vlad teleport himself?  IIRC, he does it right
before gaining Loiosh as a familiar, and I think once each in _Athyra_ 
and _Orca_.  Note in _Iorich_ he significantly increases his chances 
of getting Morgantied rather than teleport himself.
