[Dragaera] Maintenance spells

Pursuant to recent discussions about architecture and sorcery:

I've been rereading _Yendi_, and there are a few early references to
maintenance spells.

Chapter 3: "...[I] stared at the ceiling. It was made of wooden slats that
used to be painted. A preservation spell would have cost about thirty
gold, and would have kept the paint fresh for at least twenty years." Not
structural integrity, but general maintenance-related

Chapter 4: "The spot was known as "Kieron's Watch" until the Interregnum,
when the spells that had kept that part of the cliff from falling into the
sea collapsed." Not architecture, per se, but definitely structural
integrity.

"I don't think there's a story out there that isn't even better with
well-armed cybergrrrls. Cybergirrls are like salt or complex Bollywood
dance numbers. They make everything better." -- James Nicoll
