[Dragaera] Zerika's Jubilee?

_Iorich_ is set in 252 PI.  Zerika turns 500 sometime around 253 PI.  I
wonder if she's got anything special planned for her birthday?  Dragaerans
do birthday celebrations differently than we do, of course...

For that matter, was there any big celebration around the 250th
anniversary of her accession (and the end of the Interregnum)?  Vlad
wouldn't have been in Adrilankha for that, but he might have heard
something even out in the sticks.
