This might be best directed to Steve personally, but maybe some of the
industry knowledgeable folks know something - 

Are there plans for any more e-book editions of Steve's work? Ideally, I'd
like the whole Vladiad/Piroiad on silicon. As it stands, it's a little weird
to have "Lord of Castle Black" and "Sethra Lavode" available but not "The
Paths of the Dead" or either of the Phoenix Guard books.
