Devera gives the Silver Tiassa to an artist, who then creates breathtakingly
lifelike psi-prints. The Silver Tiassa passes to a sculptor whose work ends
up in the Hall of Monuments. Paarfi acquires the Silver Tiassa and becomes a
best-selling author (despite being judged by critics to be either a hack, or
a character or both). 

The Silver Tiassa inspires right-brained people to excel, apparently. I
doubt it acted as a source for Paarfi, like an oracle or some such. More
likely it gave him literary insight that  he might not have had without its
influence.

It has been exposed to a visual artist (the Dragaeran equivalent of a
photographer), a physical artist, a literary artist and now a healer,  who
could be considered to be sort of artist from a certain viewpoint. At least,
someone who relies on intuition. Maybe it wanted to heal Savn or maybe
healing him was just a means to the end of linking up with his intuition.

I wonder if Paarfi's final book was/is/will be written prior to 400 years
after he acquired the Silver Tiassa or if its influence is a permanent
effect?
