[Dragaera] Dragaera.info web site update

Nothing significant.  The web site, except for mailing list archives, is 
essentially moribund.

We decided to remove the events calendar (which hadn't been kept 
up-to-date in years), and while we were at it fixed some link issues and 
some niggling minor stuff.
