Here I just meant that when Paarfi thinks of Aerich the subject of honor
is not far behind.

Hobby-horse reaction: Shaltre is what I think I referred to in some
discussion about Dragaeran hybrids as a Yendi cuckoo. Yendis don't
have a House look per this hypothesis because they don't care (if we
take Pel as an exemplar) about the House of their partners, and any
offspring with Yendi dominant end up there. Maybe Shaltre is Lyorn
dominant.
Shaltre's also not a fighting Lyorn, which is a bit hard to figure out -
why would there be Lyorns without arms training? In a Dumas environment
a second son of a noble family might be trained for the priesthood, but
Dragaaerans don't have priests, or have Issola for that.
