[Dragaera] Directions in Dragaera

I take that to be an imitation of how messed-up real place names are.  For instance, in Chicago, I-90 west is the same highway as I-94 north, and West Orange, New Jersey, is a little more north than west of Orange (formally the City of Orange Township).
