[Dragaera] Missing Fan Sites

There's a lot of great fan-generated info on Dragaera - it would be cool 
if, assuming the original tribes don't show up so the series can go on 
forever as I'd prefer, Tor published C&S and the Timeline and the 
Maps and so on as appendices to _The Final Contract_.  (Obviously this 
would require some galley proofs being sent out far in advance.)
