re: Tukko and how others may perceive him differently.

I think this would be excellent evidence for the argument that Tukko is a
god, or ex-god, or god-like being.  Verra's words are perceived differently
by different people.  I see no reason why a person's physical appearance
could not also be affected by the same phenomenon; though it is worth
mentioning that visual illusion is a thing that exists in Dragaera, and so
many other, potentially less complicated explanations might better explain
the apparent discrepancy.  On the other, other hand, it could be something
else entirely.
