Grover Gardner but I'm not picky.

Cassette but CDs are okay, too. A portable CD player tends to be a bit  
bulky to carry around.

Yes, while walking, driving, on the bus, etc.

Yes, Sue Grafton. I buy audiobooks only from authors I know because  
they are very expensive here, but I try out new authors by borrowing  
from the library. I'm also more likely to try a new author on tape  
because I'm a slow reader.
