[Dragaera] Crack? In manifestation and world boundaries

I don't think the East is a separate world - but I also think you are  
thinking of "The East" as one place, the way Dragaerans tend to.     
But that seems unlikely to me.   We know that in one kingdom Verra  
cannot manifest - do we know that the rest of "The East" have that  
same condition?
