The Great Weapons, taken as a class, include properties of value in most
extreme and arcane arts, so all the specialists in any of those arts will
know at least a little about Great Weapons -- they'll know there is such a
thing, anyway, and a bit about the ones that bear on their art.

Lots of people in the noble houses study some of those arts.
