A friend of mine in London in the late Eighties did the same thing. He 
was a one-man same-day news-clippings agency; he had to be awake at 
about 03:00 each day to collect the papers and do the work, but that 
only took a few hours. He found the six-days week convenient, and it 
weirded people out too, which seemed like an advantage to him.
