[Dragaera] " 'Vladapedia'? "

 If your thinking of a Dragaera wiki, there already happens to be one in the form of the Lyorn Records. However, I find the thing to be uncomfortable somehow, likely because of their spoilers and almost-advertising towards specific parts of the books (which lead to spoilers), but such is to be expected from a wiki.
