No conversation about Tukko can be complete...errr, started...without
examining his name:

Dri'Chazik a Tukknaro Dzur.

I suspect this name is in the format of "Morrolan of Southmoor". If that's
correct, then it's entirely possible if not probable that Tukknaro is the
word for "Mountain" in whatever language (ancient dragon?) his name happens
to be rendered in.

As an aside, if the language is indeed the ancient language of the House of
the Dragon, then Dri'Chazik, which appears to follow patronymic convention
of Dragons (e'Drien, e'Kieron) though that might be coincidence. If it IS,
however, then it cannot be his real name, since I fully suspect he dates
from the period when Jenoine controlled Dragaera, which is well before the
House of the Dragon, or any languages they could have created, existed.

As for Dri'Chazik...it's not likely, but there may be some relation to
Drien, if only etymologically. What does Drien mean in the ancient
language of the house of the dragon?

If they are cognates, then that opens up another interesting discussion :)
Drien was renowned for his/her...morphability. Chaz/Tukko is described as
a Teckla, or a Tsalmoth, or a Dzur. One wonders if Drien's soul might be
linked in some ways to Tukko? But if so, then Tukko would be the
progenitor, not the other way around. Indeed, it would be entirely
possible in this scenario that Drien could be a Tukko version of Kiera the
Thief. Such would explain his apparent longevity, his morphism, and, well,
damn near anything else that's mystifying about Drien, and possibly a lot
about Tukko :) If this theory is correct, I'd be interested to find out
who Chazik is/was, and/or what the word itself means. Were they the same
person? Are they souls melded together?

More likely, none of the above regarding Drien is true, but it makes for
interesting theoretical lore-based discussions :)
