[Dragaera] Dragaera RPG Setting?

Is there a resource somewhere, online or otherwise that can be used to produce a world setting for an RPG?  
I have thought about it for sometime but never got around to doing more than an outline.
for those who don’t know RPG stands for Role Playing Game (like D&D or Pathfinder)

It just seems like fertile ground for adventures, I mean how could it NOT be…
